These prices are based on standard rooms and a single living space and an easily accessable property.
Additional areas (extra living spaces, rumpus & office areas, conservatories, extra bedrooms etc) are an extra cost. 

Some properties may have a difficult access. This may incur an extra surcharge.
For best results and a final quote we can arrange a site visit to asses your property,
create a co-ordinated staging plan, and check on any special requirments.

Hire Period: 
The standard hire period is 6 weeks.
Extended periods available by consultation and prior agreement.
